SILVER Investor in People Award
The home achieved Silver IIP in June 2012. The Assessor made several observations that highlighted the home’s commitment to quality:-
“all staff interviewed were pleased to be on the team at Staley House and standards of service and care to residents appeared excellent”
“Residents seemed thoroughly at ease talking to all levels of staff, from owners to carers”
“the quality of food being served was of a high standard and overall it appeared to be a happy home”
“the strategy covers all areas of internal and external training, including maintaining standards of the Gold Standards Framework- End of Life Care, medication, and dementia are all on programme, which is over and above mandatory training courses”
We care about how our respite residents enjoyed their stay, so we ask them or their families to complete a short questionnaire. In response to the question:-
